AG1 Total Optimization Kit

Your AG1 will be delivered in quarterly shipments of 3 pouches at a time. This ensures you always have AG1 on hand while reducing packaging and shipping frequency. It also helps guarantee you're receiving the freshest pouches, to maintain optimal quality throughout the year.

The annual subscription is currently only available with pouches, not travel packs. If you prefer travel packs for convenience, you can purchase them separately alongside your AG1 Total Optimization Kit.

Once you confirm your switch to an annual subscription, your current AG1 subscription will be automatically canceled and replaced with quarterly shipments under the annual subscription. Your AG1 deliveries will then transition to quarterly shipments of 3 pouches at a time (every 90 days).

Shipping is free for each shipment within the U.S., and your one-time payment of $999 covers the full cost of your annual subscription, before taxes. No additional fees apply under our standard terms.

The AG1 Total Optimization Kit is currently available only to customers in the U.S. We’re always exploring ways to expand our offerings internationally, so stay tuned for future updates.

At this time, the annual subscription does not offer the option to delay or skip shipments. The subscription is designed to deliver your AG1 in quarterly shipments of 3 pouches at a time to ensure consistency and product freshness throughout the year.

Yes, you can update your shipping address anytime by logging into your account or contacting our Customer Happiness team. If you need to change your shipping address, just make sure to do so before your next shipment is processed.

We’ve designed the annual subscription to ship in quarterly deliveries of 3 pouches at a time to ensure you’re always receiving fresh product. Shipping 12 pouches upfront could lead to pouches nearing the end of their optimal freshness.

This shipment cadence also supports sustainability by reducing packaging and shipping frequency—while still delivering the flexibility of a one-time annual payment and the best value on your AG1.

Your annual subscription will automatically renew each year. You’ll receive a reminder approximately 30 days before your renewal date to review or cancel your subscription.

The annual subscription is a 12-month commitment paid upfront at the time of purchase. Once your order subscription is activated, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund for the current year, except under our 90-day money-back guarantee (which applies to customers requesting a refund of their first order within 90 days of placing the first order). All other cancellations will apply only to future renewals. This means your subscription will remain active through the end of the current 12-month term, but it will not renew for an additional year once that term concludes.

Only new AG1 Members will receive the free Welcome Kit with their first annual subscription order. Existing AG1 Members will receive 3 pouches of AG1, and special gifts included in the first shipment.

After purchasing your AG1 Total Optimization Kit, you’ll receive an email with a unique access code and instructions for activating your one-year complimentary Function Health membership. To redeem the benefit, please follow the instructions in the email you receive after your purchase. These instructions will direct you to your unique Function Health code and the website link where you can redeem it. If you don’t receive the email within a few hours of your purchase, check your spam or promotions folder. For further assistance, please or reach out to our Customer Happiness team.
