While you can take AG1 at any time of day, we recommend drinking AG1 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. AG1 works best in 250–350 ml of cold water.

While many factors influence the impact you may feel from AG1, including the consistency of your routine and your health prior to starting, most results from the ingredients in AG1 are experienced after 1 to 3 months.
At the moment, AG1 is not certified organic.
Instead of relying solely on organic practices, we choose to go above and beyond and make sure all of our ingredients are non-GMO, while testing for over 500 pesticides and herbicides including glyphosate and its metabolites.
