You've got questions? We've got the answers.

AG1 is a Daily Health Drink designed to support whole body health. It combines multivitamins, probiotics, and blend of superfoods to deliver comprehensive nutrition in one simple daily habit. With over 75 high-quality ingredients, AG1 is carefully sourced for purity and potency, helping to fill nutrient gaps while supporting energy, digestion, immune function, and a balanced mood. 1,2,3,4

While you can take AG1 at any time of day, we recommend drinking AG1 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. AG1 works best in 250–350 ml of cold water.

One daily serving of AG1 can eliminate many other supplements such as multivitamins and minerals, probiotics, greens and superfood powders, vitamin B complexes and vitamin C tablets.

Since 2010, we’ve set out to formulate a comprehensive and effective Daily Health Drink. Here’s what makes AG1 unique:

          • Comprehensive: One daily serving of AG1 combines the power of multiple supplements such as multivitamins and multiminerals, probiotics, greens and superfood powders, vitamin B complexes and vitamin C tablets.
          • Bioavailable: The more your body can absorb and utilise nutrients, the more impact those nutrients will have. The ingredients in AG1 are selected for how absorbable they are, for their potency, and for the presence of hard to get nutrients.
          • Rigorously Tested: In combination with extensive research, rigorous sourcing criteria, and the strictest manufacturing practices, we also test AG1 for hundreds of impurities, banned substances and allergens, and prove our standards with third-party certifications like NSF Certified for Sport®.
          • Great Tasting: The subtly sweet flavour of AG1 comes from the natural essence of pineapple core and vanilla bean, and monk fruit without added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

AG1 is a science-driven formula of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and blend of superfoods — all in a single scoop, designed to drink daily. The ingredients in AG1 are sourced and optimised for bioavailability, meaning they work with your body to deliver their intended benefits. AG1 is tested for hundreds of pesticides and is certified by an independent quality and safety certification program, NSF Certified for Sport®.

You can learn more about the ingredients in AG1 here.

While many factors influence the impact you may feel from AG1, including the consistency of your routine and your health prior to starting, most results from the ingredients in AG1 are experienced after 1 to 3 months.
