What AG1 is not

Protein Supplement

Although AG1 contains pea protein, it does not replace a protein supplement. Feel free to combine AG1 with a protein powder of your choice.

Meal Replacement

AG1 does not provide enough calories to skip a meal — and it's not supposed to. It is designed to complement a healthy diet, not replace one.

Green Juice

AG1 provides nutrients from fruits and vegetables, while avoiding excess sugar by using high-quality extracts.

How and when do I drink my AG1?

While you can take AG1 at any time of day, we recommend drinking AG1 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. AG1 works best in 250–350 ml of cold water.

Do I need to drink AG1 every day?

To get the most of AG1, we recommend making AG1 part of your daily routine. The benefits of AG1 compound over time when you take it regularly.

Can I take more than one scoop a day?

AG1 is a Daily Health Drink designed to support whole body health by filling nutrient gaps and supporting gut health with one scoop, once a day. If you’re considering more than one scoop – for example, during intense training or travel – we recommend consulting your doctor to ensure it’s the right approach for you.

What products does AG1 replace?

One daily serving of AG1 can eliminate many other supplements such as multivitamins and minerals, probiotics, greens and superfood powders, vitamin B complexes and vitamin C tablets.

How do I know if AG1 is right for me?

AG1 is designed for people looking to support their Foundational Nutrition needs for whole body health.

While we have a degree of individuality, our bodies are reliant on the same nutrient foundation to nourish the systems that power our health. AG1 is an easy, drinkable Daily Health Drink that supports brain, immune, and digestive health through a science-driven formula of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and whole food sourced ingredients.

AG1 is not intended for individuals under 18 or pregnant/nursing women.

What makes AG1 different from other nutritional products?

Since 2010, we’ve set out to formulate a comprehensive and effective Daily Health Drink. Here’s what makes AG1 unique:

  • Comprehensive: One daily serving of AG1 combines the power of multiple supplements such as multivitamins and multiminerals, probiotics, greens and superfood powders, vitamin B complexes and vitamin C tablets.
  • Bioavailable: The more your body can absorb and utilise nutrients, the more impact those nutrients will have. The ingredients in AG1 are selected for how absorbable they are, for their potency, and for the presence of hard to get nutrients.
  • Rigorously Tested: In combination with extensive research, rigorous sourcing criteria, and the strictest manufacturing practices, we also test AG1 for hundreds of impurities, banned substances and allergens, and prove our standards with third-party certifications like NSF Certified for Sport®.
  • Great Tasting: The subtly sweet flavour of AG1 comes from the natural essence of pineapple core and vanilla bean, and monk fruit without added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

What are the ingredients in AG1?

AG1 is a science-driven formula of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and blend of superfoods — all in a single scoop, designed to drink daily. The ingredients in AG1 are sourced and optimised for bioavailability, meaning they work with your body to deliver their intended benefits. AG1 is tested for hundreds of pesticides and is certified by an independent quality and safety certification program, NSF Certified for Sport®.

You can learn more about the ingredients in AG1 here.

What kind of benefits can I expect from taking AG1?

While many factors influence the impact you may feel from AG1, including the consistency of your routine and your health prior to starting, most results from the ingredients in AG1 are experienced after 1 to 3 months.

Is AG1 organic?

At the moment, AG1 is not certified organic. Instead of relying solely on organic practices, we choose to go above and beyond and make sure all of our ingredients are non-GMO, while testing for over 500 pesticides and herbicides including glyphosate and its metabolites.

When we formulated AG1, we did so with the goal of creating the most impactful, premium and safe Daily Health Drink. This intent applies to every choice we’ve made, including whether or not to source an organic ingredient. You can read more about our quality standards HERE.

Do I get anything for recommending AG1?

Yes! Something exciting is on the way. We’re putting the finishing touches on a programme designed to bring you even more value - stay tuned!

One scoop. Every morning. For life.
