FAQs

What changes should I expect to feel?

With any new product, you may experience an acclimation period. In the first few days of adjusting to the upgraded formula, it’s normal to feel some gastrointestinal discomfort, including bloating or changes to digestion. This is a sign the probiotics made it to the gut!

Any discomfort should subside within the first week or two. If you’d like to take a slower acclimation pace, we recommend starting with a half scoop for the first week, then transitioning back to a full scoop.
