AG1 is a Daily Health Drink designed to support whole body health. It combines multivitamins, probiotics, and blend of superfoods to deliver comprehensive nutrition in one simple daily habit. While many factors influence the impact you may feel from AG1, including the consistency of your routine and your health prior to starting, most results from the ingredients in AG1 are experienced after 1 to 3 months.

While you can take AG1 at any time of day, we recommend drinking AG1 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. AG1 works best in 250–350 ml of cold water.
