2022 Impact Report

AG By-the-Numbers

We’re a fast-growing company with big goals: like bringing AG1® to millions of people around the world. This is only possible by growing our company and business the right way, and it starts with caring for people and the planet. Check out some of our highlights.

Empower Health Ownership
Impact Principle #1

Empower Health Ownership

Our mission is to empower people to take ownership of their health. Because, when you do this one thing to take care of yourself, it enables you to support those around you, and the community in which you live.

In-Person Experiences

We more than doubled our in-person events from the year prior, including events at Art Week and our first AG vs Betty Who Softball Game.

Average CSAT Rating

We’re incredibly proud to have achieved an average CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) rating of 97.2% in 2022.

Years NSF Certified/NSF Certified for Sport

Every batch of AG1 is tested for 270+ banned substances, label-claim approved, and confirmed to contain no unsafe levels of contaminants.

New Scientific and Medical Advisors

We formalized and expanded our Scientific and Medical Advisory Council this year with three standout advisors: Andrew Huberman, Peter Attia, and Ralph Esposito.

Impact Principle #2

Supporting Nutrition for Those in Need

For us, nutrition is critical, yet not everyone has access to the healthy food they deserve. That’s why with every order of AG1 we donate to organizations that deliver nutritious meals to communities in need.

Millions of donated meals to kids in need

In 2022, we donated millions of meals through our partnerships with No Kid Hungry in the US and Da Alegria in Colombia to support kids in need.

Additional non-profit organizations supported

Including World Central Kitchen, National Black Child Development Institute, Los Angeles LGBT Center, and Survivor Fitness.

Impact Principle #3

Sustainable Growth

Being a responsible business also means being environmentally conscious. Taking care of our health starts with taking care of the planet and the environment around us.

Years of Climate Neutral Certification

We've been Climate Neutral Certified two years in a row.

New USA manufacturing facility

To greatly reduce shipping distances, therefore reducing emissions.

Reduction in transit time

And related emissions, in shipments to our members from 2020 to 2022.

Carbon reduction initiatives completed

Which included sourcing more of our materials locally and transitioning from a plastic mailer to an exact-fit kraft paper mailer.

Impact Principle #4

One Spectacular Life for AG’s People

People are the heart and soul of AG. From customers who bring us along for their health journey to team members who keep the day-to-day going, we appreciate every person in our ecosystem.

New global team members

AG is nothing without its amazing people, who bring the talent, dedication, and heart that help the company thrive in a 100% fully remote environment.

Company-wide mental health days

We’ve added to AG’s standard holidays and unlimited paid time off policy to support our employees.

Civic Engagement Day

We established November 8, US Election Day, as a company-wide day off to encourage employees to vote.
