Why is vitamin D not included in AG1?

Vitamin D isn’t part of AG1 because it’s a fat-soluble vitamin that’s best absorbed when taken with a source of fat – and together with vitamin K2.* To ensure optimal absorption and allow for flexible dosing based on factors like age, sun exposure, diet, and season, we offer AG1 Vitamin D3+K2 as a separate, oil-based supplement. * Vitamin D contributes to normal immune function and the maintenance of normal bones.

Why is omega-3 not included in AG1?

Omega-3 fatty acids like EPA and DHA are sensitive to air, light, and heat. That’s why we offer AG1 Omega3 as a separate supplement, delivered in high-quality softgels for purity and optimal absorption. Each serving contains over 2000 mg of EPA and DHA in a natural triglyceride form, supporting heart, brain, and eye health.* * DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Some ingredients in AG1 – like spirulina, chlorella, and apple powder – are certified organic. Others, like minerals or bacteria, don’t fall under organic classifications due to how they’re grown, harvested, or cultured. In some cases, we’ve chosen non-organic sources because they meet stricter standards for quality, stability, and testing. Directions

Take one AG1 scoop (13 g ≈ 1 heaped tablespoon or one packet) every day in 250–350 ml of cold water. We recommend establishing AG1 as your morning routine and to drink it before breakfast on an empty stomach.

Storage

Bag with 30 servings (390 g ℮): Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
Packages of 5 (65 g ℮) and 30 (390 g ℮) units: Store at room temperature. Do not use if the outer tamper-proof seal is broken.
