While many factors influence the impact you may feel from AG1, including the consistency of your routine and your health prior to starting, most results from the ingredients in AG1 are experienced after 1 to 3 months.

In a single-arm study that assessed the self-perceived efficacy of AG1 in a group of 35 healthy adults ages 25-48 over 3 months, 97% of participants felt more energy at 1 month. Some of the ingredients in AG1 (such as spirulina, chlorella, apple powder) are organic, while others are not classified as organic (such as minerals). Some do not fall under organic or inorganic classification due to the growing or extraction process, including gut bacteria. In some cases, we have chosen to use an ingredient from a non-organic supplier because we found it was higher quality, more consistent, and still passed our rigorous third-party testing standards, which include tests for hundreds of pesticides. For this reason, we cannot label the entire formula as organic.
