How do I get a military discount on my AG1 subscription?

Then complete the ID.me verification process, copy the discount code ID.me provides, and paste the code into the “Discount Code” box before completing your purchase.

Who is eligible for the AG1 military discount?

Military personnel, spouses, and veterans in the U.S. and Canada who are verified through ID.me are eligible for a discount. For more information on eligibility, please visit the ID.me Help Center for Military Eligibility.

What is ID.me?

ID.me is a digital verification platform that verifies your identity and gives you exclusive discounts to various online retailers. Once you’ve confirmed your military status with ID.me, you will have access to an exclusive military discount on your AG1 or AG Omega-3 subscription.

What should I do if I’m not able to verify my military status with ID.me?

If you’re having trouble verifying your military status with ID.me, please visit the ID.me Support Center or reach out to ID.me Support by emailing help@id.me.

Can I use the military discount on all AG1 products?

The military discount applies exclusively to subscriptions for the AG1 Pouch, AG1 30-count Travel Packs, and AG Omega-3. Each shipment can include up to three items of each product. One-time non-subscription purchases of AG1 products, as well as AGZ one-time purchases and subscriptions, and all merchandising items available on DrinkAG1.com are not eligible for the military discount. The discount is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and does not apply retroactively to previous purchases. AG1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the military discount program, including eligible products, at any time and at its sole discretion.

Can I use the military discount at Costco, Amazon, etc.?

The military discount is valid only on DrinkAG1.com.

Is the military discount a one-time offer or a recurring discount?

Once verified, your ID.me status remains active. The military discount applies to new subscriptions and continues for recurring shipments, as long as your subscription remains active.

I’m already an AG1 subscriber. Can I get the military discount?

We’re proud to honor your service with a military discount. Please cancel your current subscription and begin a new one. At checkout, click “Verify with ID.me” and complete the ID.me verification process. Then copy the discount code ID.me provides and paste it into the “Discount Code” box before completing your purchase.

Can I combine the military discount with another discount code?

The military discount cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or referral codes. Only one discount can be applied per account.

Can I share my discount code with someone else?

The discount code is linked to your verified ID.me account and can only be used by the verified individual.

My military discount was removed when I updated/paused/canceled my subscription. How do I get my discount again?
