If you believe you have purchased a counterfeit product, please contact our Customer Happiness team at support@drinkAG1.com as soon as possible. While we are unable to provide refunds for products that were not purchased directly on drinkAG1.com or our Amazon storefront, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange depending on the situation.

To ensure you receive an authentic AG1 product, purchase directly from www.drinkAG1.com or our authorized Amazon account (Brand: AG1). Avoid purchasing from third-party sellers on marketplaces, social media, or websites, as they may sell counterfeit products that do not meet our quality and safety standards.

AG1, AG1 Pro, and AGZ products are sold with a rectangular hologram sticker on the front, along with a rectangular seal indicating the product has been verified by NSF Certified for Sport.

Counterfeit products may have differences in packaging, labeling, or the appearance and taste of the product itself. If something doesn’t look right, please contact support@drinkAG1.com before using the product.

Only authentic AG1 is produced with our manufacturing and quality standards, which includes rigorous testing for hundreds of contaminants and third-party certification from NSF for Sport.

Counterfeit products may contain unknown or dangerous ingredients that pose serious health risks. It’s important to only purchase AG1 from www.drinkAG1.com or our authorized Amazon account—Brand: AG1—and alert our Customer Happiness team if you notice anything unusual.

If you suspect that you have received a counterfeit product, immediately stop using it and contact our Customer Happiness team at support@drinkAG1.com. Please provide details, including where and when you purchased the product, the lot/batch number printed on the packaging, and, if possible, include photos of the packaging and the product itself. We will investigate the issue and assist you further.

We take the quality and safety of AG1 extremely seriously, which includes counterfeit products. We actively work with customs and authorities to mitigate counterfeit AG1, and online platforms to identify and remove listings from resellers we suspect may be counterfeit. We have also implemented additional security features in our packaging, such as holograms, to help customers more easily and securely verify the authenticity of AG1.
