I understand and agree that: By opting in to AG1 Sync Beta Program, my subscription will no longer renew and process on a 30-day schedule. Instead, refills will occur on a variable schedule triggered by my usage. I authorize AG1 to automatically bill and ship my refill when my AG1 Sync canister shows my supply is nearly depleted. Each automatic refill will be charged to my saved payment method at the then-current price (plus applicable taxes and shipping). I will receive advance notice before my order is placed. My subscription will continue to renew automatically until I cancel. How does this work with my current AG1 subscription?

Once you activate your AG1 Sync Canister, your subscription will be automatically switched over. We match up your scale to your subscription via your AG1 subscription email.

Will I need to still be able to manage my subscription settings?

Once you activate your AG1 Sync Canister, your subscription will switch over to a simplified version. You’ll be able to change your shipping and payment info or cancel. The Smart Canister takes care of analyzing when your next order should go out, so you don’t have to spend time managing your AG1 subscription.

Can i skip or modify my subscription cadence?

Yes you can modify your subscription by calling our CH team.

What if I don’t like AG1 Sync, can I switch to a regular subscription?

Yes! If you wish to switch to a regular AG1 subscription you definitely can visit your Member Portal and selecting the “Opt out of AG1 Sync” button. You may also contact our CH team for assistance.
