Among other things, vitamin D3 plays a role in a healthy immune system and strong bones. Vitamin K is also important for healthy bones, but also plays a role in blood clotting.*

Vitamin D3 is a nutrient where individual needs vary greatly depending on one’s lifestyle, age, diet, sun exposure, and resulting vitamin D levels. Our AG Vitamin D3+K2 drops are available in an easy-to-use dropper, giving you the flexibility to personalise your serving each day and modify the amount to suit your needs based on time of year and lifestyle. Intelligent sun exposure is the ideal option for your body to synthesize vitamin D3 the way nature intended. This can be difficult in the winter, in cold climates, with indoor work, and modern lifestyle preferences. Few foods naturally contain active Vitamin D3, and it is known to be more effective when delivered in an oil form with vitamin K2. We never compromise on quality at AG1. AG1 Omega3 is sustainably sourced from wild-caught small fish, off the coast of Chile and are molecularly distilled for purity and quality — all while being in a superior, natural triglyceride form. Since plant sources of omega-3s are poorly converted into EPA and DHA by the body, and many people don't consume fatty fish regularly, it is paramount to get these fatty acids in their bioactive oil forms, while consuming adequate quantities to maintain optimal health.

Comprehensiveness: AG1 provides Foundational Nutrition of different products in just one daily serving, including vitamins, minerals, good bacteria, antioxidants3, high quality mushrooms and whole-food sourced ingredients.
Bioavailability and Synergy: The more your body can absorb and utilise nutrients, the more impact those nutrients will have. The ingredients in AG1 are selected for how easy they are to absorb, for their potency, for the presence of hard to get nutrients and for how they work together, a process called synergy.
Rigorously Tested: In combination with extensive research, rigorous sourcing criteria, and the strictest manufacturing practices, we also test AG1 for hundreds of impurities, banned substances and allergens, and prove our standards with third party certifications like the Cologne List® – an international quality management program listing products for athletes with minimal doping risk.

We’ve invested over a decade in pursuit of creating a high-quality Foundational Nutrition supplement. We think about quality through four considerations—research, sourcing, manufacturing, and testing. And at each step of the process, we go above and beyond industry standards. This includes relying on expert-led scientific research on AG1, sourcing ingredients for potency and purity, manufacturing at TGA-registered facilities, and testing for hundreds of contaminants, impurities and allergens. Our product safety is also certified by Cologne List®, an international quality management program listing products for athletes with minimal doping risk.

Some of the ingredients in AG1 (spirulina, chlorella, apple powder) are organic, but others are not classified as organic, such as minerals, or do not fall under organic or inorganic classification due to the growing or extraction process, including gut bacteria. In some cases, we have elected to use an ingredient from a non-organic supplier because we found it was higher quality, more consistent, and still passed our rigorous third-party testing standards, which include tests for hundreds of pesticides. For this reason, we cannot label the entire formula as organic.

AG1 contains two of the safest bacterial cultures, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum, which we source from highly reputable sources. Our good bacteria are non-dairy, made through fermentation, and not of animal or soil origin.

Since AG1 contains good bacteria and many whole-food sourced ingredients, the pouch should be refrigerated after opening. This helps preserve the integrity and efficacy of the ingredients. When unopened, the hermetic seal of the pouch packaging prevents the need for refrigeration until you're ready to open. Our AG1 Travel Packs are individually sealed and do not need to be kept refrigerated, making them perfect for when you’re on the go.
