Manager, Product Development at AG1, Morgan Young applies food science expertise to solve real consumer problems—and believes that meeting unmet needs through human-centered design is core to great product innovation. Armed with a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, her career spans the full spectrum of consumables, from baked goods and confectionery to sports nutrition and functional beverages. Across multiple product categories, she's driven formulation optimization, reformulation for cleaner ingredients, and scaling of consumer-focused solutions. She now leads product development strategy and lab innovation at AG1, where she oversees prototyping and physical sample development—translating the science of nutrition into products people actually want to use.
