I take AGZ, a powdered sleep supplement that you mix with water and drink. (Note: I helped design AGZ.) It contains many of the compounds listed above. It remains the best sleep supplement I have ever taken, and yes, I am incentivized to say that, but I am measuring my sleep stats most nights. I am able to take half a packet (one full packet is the recommended dose). It has outperformed all the other sleep pill/powder combinations I have tried over the years and even the "sleep peptide" I have tried called pinealon.
