FAQs

AGZ is available in two flavors: Chocolate and Chocolate Mint.

  • Chocolate tastes like cocoa with coconut milk.
  • Chocolate Mint tastes like cocoa and garden mint.

All can be prepared warm or cold, and with the liquid of your choice (water, milk) to customize the taste to your preference. Use your AGZ Frother for a smooth, fully dissolved drink. For more recipe inspiration and tips, please see our Recipe page.

AGZ is designed to help you feel relaxed within the first night of use. Calming herbs and ingredients like L-Theanine work to help reduce stress and promote relaxation, preparing the mind and body for a restful sleep. After one month of consistently drinking AGZ, you may notice improved sleep quality and feel more refreshed in the morning. By two months, your body may be better equipped to manage stress and support balanced cortisol levels. Over time, establishing a regular wind-down routine with consistent sleep hygiene practices can help improve the overall quality of sleep.

We recommend drinking AGZ before bedtime each night to signal to your body that it’s time to begin winding down. For the best results:

  • Add one pack of AGZ to 4 ounces of water or milk. Experiment with warm or cold temperatures to find what’s best for your nighttime routine.
  • Use your AGZ Frother for a smooth, fully dissolved drink.

AGZ is melatonin-free formula designed to support the body’s natural rhythm, not override it. The unique blend works overnight to support three phases of rest:

— Evening: Promotes stress-reduction, relaxation, and ease of falling asleep with ingredients such as ashwagandha and L-Theanine.*
— Sleep: Optimizes sleep quality with Magtein® magnesium L-threonate.*
— Morning: Fosters a refreshed, revitalized feeling upon waking up with saffron (no grogginess).*

AGZ was formulated without melatonin. Instead, AGZ relies on key ingredients, including Magtein® magnesium L-threonate and saffron, which play a key role in natural melatonin production.*

AGZ is a melatonin-free formula designed to support the body’s natural rhythm, not override it. This unique blend works overnight to support three phases of rest: evening wind down, restful sleep, and an energized morning. You can expect to wake up feeling refreshed and restored—without grogginess.*
