AG1 can be taken before, alongside, or straight after coffee.

Since AG1 contains probiotics and many whole-food sourced ingredients, the pouch should be refrigerated after opening. This helps preserve the integrity and efficacy of the ingredients.


When unopened, the hermetic seal of the pouch packaging prevents the need for refrigeration until you're ready to open.


Our AG1 Travel Packs are individually sealed and do not need to be kept refrigerated, making them perfect for when you’re on the go.


While many factors influence the impact you may feel from AG1, including the consistency of your routine and your health prior to starting, most results from the ingredients in AG1 are experienced after 1 month to 3 months.
