Kat Cole

Chief Executive Officer

Kat Cole is Chief Executive Officer and responsible for leading the company’s next phase of growth, global expansion, and innovation. Cole is a seasoned business leader and sought-after advisor with more than 20 years of operational, brand, and executive leadership experience.

Prior to AG1, she was President and COO at Focus Brands, where she oversaw the company’s nine presidents and businesses generating billions in sales around the world. In addition to her role at AG1, she serves on the boards of Slice and Milk Bar. She has been a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a member of the United Nations Global Entrepreneurs Council, and named to Fortune’s annual 40 Under 40 list.

Rosalind Chevreuil

Chief People Officer

Rosalind Chevreuil is Chief People Officer and instrumental in shaping strategy and employee-centric solutions to drive sustainable growth. In her role, she leads initiatives to cultivate a people-first culture where high performance, inclusivity, and continuous learning are essential to the culture and the company’s rapid expansion and global success.

With over 20 years of human resources leadership experience, Chevreuil was previously CPO at REEF Technologies, a fast-growing tech startup, and spent over two decades at Best Buy, where she led field and corporate HR teams, talent acquisition, L&D, and remote work initiatives as SVP of Human Resources. A certified Gallup Strengths Coach and PHR professional, Rosalind is also a member of CHIEF.

Paulie Dery

Chief Marketing Officer

Paulie Dery is Chief Marketing Officer responsible for elevating and driving the company’s global brand and storytelling initiatives. Dery brings over 20 years of global marketing experience to AG1 and a deep understanding of premium brands and products, community, and best-in-class customer experience. Dery previously served as CMO of YETI, where he guided the brand through a period of rapid growth. Prior to joining YETI, Dery served as the Global Executive Creative Director at Uber, where he oversaw the transition from startup to IPO. For the decade prior, he served as Group Executive Creative Director at R/GA, one of the world’s most respected creative agencies. As an Australian, he began his career in Sydney at M&C Saatchi.

Based in Austin, Dery is an avid fly fisher, amateur golfer, and loves spending time outdoors with his family.

Sam Diacos

Chief Financial Officer

Sam Diacos is Chief Financial Officer and responsible for driving the company to deliver its strategic finance, accounting, and data science goals. Diacos has been with AG1 since 2016 and has held prior positions with the company, including Chief of Staff. Throughout his tenure, he has led multiple successful capital raise processes for the company. Prior to AG1, Diacos worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking team, covering consumer and retail companies. He earned his Arts and Laws Bachelor degrees from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Dr. Ralph Esposito, ND, LAc, IFMCP

Chief Science & Nutrition Officer

Dr. Esposito is a licensed naturopathic physician focused on optimizing healthspan and lifespan through preventive and lifestyle practices. He completed his training as a medical intern in Urology at NYU Langone, holds a clinical Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and is a certified Functional Medicine doctor (IFMCP). Dr. Esposito employs evidence-based tactics to provide a personalized approach to preventative medicine. He is active in the health and education sectors, and is an Adjunct Professor in the Nutrition and Dietetics Program at New York University alongside his role as Chief Science & Nutrition Officer at AG1.

Leala Francis

Senior Vice President of Customer Insights and Membership Experience

Leala Francis is the Senior Vice President of Customer Insights and Membership Experience. Since joining AG1 in 2024, she has overseen all aspects of the member experience, including product and packaging, retention and lifecycle marketing, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy and execution. Francis plays a pivotal role in ensuring that AG1's decisions are insight-driven, supporting the wellness journey of each member.

With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, Francis has held key roles at global brands including Danone, The Kraft Heinz Company, and Sainsbury’s UK. Before joining AG1, she served as Global Head of Customer Experience at WW (WeightWatchers), where she led the design and delivery of the end-to-end member experience.

In her spare time, Francis enjoys racing track cars, strength training, designing homes, and spending time with her family in New York.

Matt Francis

Chief Technology Officer

Matt Francis is the Chief Technology Officer and oversees all technology teams and processes worldwide, in addition to acting as the executive sponsor of the information security functions. Before joining AG1, he was the CTO at Gamestop, where he led the global technology function and helped deliver a return to profitability for the first time in over eight years. Previously, Francis held CTO roles at Flyhomes and Zulily. Francis is an expert at leading teams through significant transformational shifts and has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions with the latest technologies.

Based in Seattle, Francis is a tech enthusiast, startup investor and advisor, and loves spending time outdoors and traveling with his family.

Stacey Hallerman

Chief Legal Officer

Stacey Hallerman is Chief Legal Officer and responsible for developing and implementing AG1’s legal strategy. She was previously Chief Legal Counsel and Board Member of Richemont North America, Inc., part of the global luxury conglomerate which owns 14 iconic luxury brands, including Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels. Prior to joining Richemont, Hallerman was in-house IP counsel at Pfizer for over a decade, where she was responsible for the brand enforcement and strategy for the company’s trademarks and managed its global anti-counterfeit programs. Hallerman is a former Adjunct Professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she lectured on the role of in-house counsel.

As a typical Los Angeles resident, Hallerman enjoys hiking, beach time, and avocado toast.

Tim Harrington

President International & CEO APAC

Tim Harrington is President, International and CEO, APAC where he leads a globally diverse team focused on expanding AG1’s growth in international markets. With over 15 years of experience in building brands and guiding teams throughout Asia and beyond, Harrington brings deep expertise and insight to AG1's expansion strategy. Before AG1, Harrington founded China Road, where he launched multiple brands in China, opened an Australian-themed café concept, and established a joint venture with a top Chinese agency. Prior to that he held the role of Commercial and Regional Director, Asia, for Lion, Australia’s leading beer and dairy company, strengthening its presence across the region.

Based in Singapore, Harrington enjoys keeping fit, losing golf balls, and spending quality time with his children.

Tony Milikin

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Tony Milikin is Chief Supply Chain Officer and leads all aspects of supply chain operations, procurement, and sustainability. With more than 30 years of experience, Milikin previously held the Chief Supply Chain Officer role at Keurig Dr. Pepper. Milikin was also previously Chief Procurement, Sustainability, Vertical Operations and Circular Ventures Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Prior to Anheuser-Busch InBev, he was Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Mead Westvaco.

Milikin holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Florida. He is currently on the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business Board of Advisors and was a member of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Dean Advisory Group. Milikin is a passionate advocate for sustainability and serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations focused on environmental conservation and sustainability. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves fishing with his family and friends.

The studies were conducted on a similar version of AG1's continually evolving formulation. The transferability of the study results is ensured because of comparable ingredients and amounts.
