Some people may experience mild digestive changes at first. That’s normal and a sign the friendly bacteria is doing its job. If you prefer to ease in, start with half a scoop for the first few days, then move up to a full scoop.

We’ve increased our commitment to quality by adding new clinically studied strains of bacteria and additional magnesium, while continuing to meet the highest standards for ingredient sourcing, safety, and purity. Despite these improvements, the price has not changed.

The new scoop is slightly larger than the original one (13 g rather than 12 g) to accommodate the added ingredients in the new formula. We’ve adjusted the pouch size accordingly, at no extra cost for you. Your experience should feel the same.

If your scoop is missing or damaged, reach out to our Customer Happiness team and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. In the meantime, one heaped tablespoon is approximately equivalent to one scoop (13g).

Yes, the old scoop is recyclable where facilities exist. Please check your local recycling guidelines for proper disposal. Or, feel free to reuse it—some customers repurpose it for other powders or kitchen needs.
